Job summary

Mondelez International in Oslo is seeking a Finance Planning & Performance Management professional to own financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will act as a business partner to Marketing, Sales Operations and Key Account Managers to improve brand profitability and drive commercial targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel skills. SAP/SAC experience is a plus; English fluency is mandatory with Norwegian as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• English fluency is mandatory; Norwegian is a plus.
• High analytical proficiency in Excel; SAP/SAC knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive key elements of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead period-end close activities including trade spend accruals and provisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops and KAMs to drive brand profitability and commercial targets.
• Utilize SAP, SAC, Essbase, and Excel reporting tools to analyze data and ensure controls.
