Job summary

ERP Norway is seeking a Finance Manager to own and develop the Norwegian finance function, working closely with local leaders and Nordic and group finance colleagues. The role offers broad responsibility and direct access to decision-makers, with room to improve how finance works.

You will turn reliable finance into useful direction for the business, leading closing, reporting and compliance, and driving budgets, forecasts and cash-flow follow-up. Strong cross‑country collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on experience across accounting, reporting, planning, cash flow and controls.
• Experience as a Finance Manager, Accounting Manager or accounting-strong Controller ready for broader ownership.
• The judgement to move from detailed delivery to useful management advice.
• Professional fluency in Norwegian and English. Relevant higher education is useful; strong experience may compensate.

Responsibilities

• Build a dependable rhythm for closing, reporting, controls and Norwegian financial compliance.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and cash-flow follow-up, turning performance and risk into clear choices for management.
• Improve finance systems, data and processes while partnering with local leaders and Nordic and group finance colleagues.
