Job summary

Massimo Dutti in Oslo is seeking a Store Manager to lead our store team and ensure an excellent customer experience through strong leadership, efficient processes and outstanding product management.

You will drive the store's commercial performance, guarantee top service and product presentation, and develop the team, scheduling, HR compliance, and cash operations to keep the store safe and inspiring.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar store management role.
• Strong product orientation.
• Strong leadership skills with a customer- and results-oriented mindset.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of retail KPIs.
• Ability to motivate, develop and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor to meet service standards across departments.
• Analyse sales reports, KPIs and product behaviour to drive actions and results.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment, availability and rotation with Ops and systems.
• Ensure visual and image standards are applied to maximise sales impact.
• Plan resources, scheduling, HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and feedback.
• Oversee cash handling, security procedures and store maintenance.
