Job summary

Massimo Dutti in Oslo is seeking a Store Manager to lead our store team and ensure an excellent customer experience through strong leadership, efficient processes and outstanding product management.

You will drive the store's commercial performance, guarantee top service and product presentation, and develop the team, scheduling, HR compliance, and cash operations to keep the store safe and inspiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor to meet service standards across departments.

• Ensure visual and image standards are applied to maximise sales impact.
• Plan resources, scheduling, HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and feedback.
• Oversee cash handling, security procedures and store maintenance.

At Massimo Dutti, we are looking for a Store Manager to lead our store team and ensure an excellent customer experience through strong leadership, efficient processes and outstanding product management.

You will be responsible for driving the store’s commercial performance while guaranteeing the highest standards of customer service, product presentation and team development. Through a strong leadership style and a results-oriented mindset, you will ensure that the store operates efficiently and consistently reflects the brand’s values and image.

Your role

As Store Manager, you will lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring that customer service standards are met across all departments and that customer loyalty is actively built by the entire team. You will manage the commercial performance of the store by analyzing sales reports, KPIs and product behavior, turning insights into concrete actions and following up on results.

You will ensure optimal product management, from stock flow and replenishment to product availability and rotation, working closely with operations and using the company’s digital tools and systems. You will also guarantee that visual and image standards are consistently applied, optimizing product presentation to maximize sales impact.

A key part of your role will be leading, developing and motivating your team. You will organize resources efficiently according to store needs, oversee scheduling and administrative processes, ensure compliance with HR and risk prevention policies, and support recruitment, onboarding, training and continuous feedback. In addition, you will ensure correct execution of cash operations, security procedures and store maintenance, contributing to a safe, well-functioning and inspiring retail environment.
