Job summary

PVH Corp. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Tommy Hilfiger - Oslo Vestby Outlet. The role centers on leading by example, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to identify opportunities, coach staff, and ensure consistent in-store standards and successful execution of store strategies across the sales floor and back areas.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include: Identifying opportunities with the Store Manager to grow the business or improve performance.
• Fostering a positive store experience for customers and staff in a fair, consistent manner.
• Managing manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation processes.
• Providing training and coaching for employees and documenting it accordingly.
• Setting challenging but attainable goals focused on service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
