Carhartt WIP is expanding with a new Oslo store. We seek an Assistant Store Manager (m/f/x) to support daily operations, lead a team and uphold our service standards. You will deputise for the Store Manager, implement company directives, and drive sales while mentoring staff.

Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, and IT skills are beneficial. The role offers a full-time, on-site position in Oslo with opportunities for staff development and product knowledge growth.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store.
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Understand and implement procedures and company directives.
• Ensure sales plans are achieved.
• Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards.
