Job summary

Carhartt WIP is seeking a Store Manager (m/f/x) for our upcoming Oslo store in Norway. You will lead store operations, train sales staff, and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service and visual merchandising standards.

Fluent in Norwegian and English, you will manage stock levels, promotions, and day-to-day administration to ensure policy compliance and store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation.
• Strong interest in fashion industry and market trends.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Visual merchandising and stock management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and performance.
• Meet sales goals by training and mentoring sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Ensure promotions and merchandising instructions are followed to standard.
• Complete store administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
