Carhartt WIP is expanding its Oslo store and seeks a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and deliver top customer service. You will assist in managing staff, enforcing company directives, and driving sales while maintaining our store standards.

Fluency in Norwegian and English, a passion for fashion, and strong leadership are essential to thrive in this role within a family-owned retail group and a growing European brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store.
• Deputising in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Understand and implement procedures and company directives.
• Ensure sales plans are achieved.
• Support the store team in product knowledge to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet sales goals by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Assist in the recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and company’s visual merchandising standards.
