Job summary

KSAT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers, own renewals, and drive retention across a global portfolio. You will monitor performance, advocate for customers, and share insights with product and engineering teams.

The role supports onboarding and ongoing success across KSATlite services, with eligibility for Norwegian security clearance and potential base in Tromsø, Trondheim, or Oslo. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or project management in a technical environment.
• Strong English communication; Norwegian is a plus.
• Interest in technology, space, or satellite communications.
• Ability to manage multiple customers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and manage the full customer journey.
• Own renewals and drive retention across your portfolio.
• Monitor operational performance and act on anomalies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally.
• Share customer insights with product and engineering teams.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of customers across time zones.
• Stay current on KSATlite services and upcoming capabilities.
