Job summary

KSAT invites a Senior Project Manager to own the KSATlite investment portfolio, directing planning, budgeting, and execution of multi-site deliveries. You will lead the rollout of 100+ antennas globally and drive tech refresh on 150+ systems while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will work with KSATlite management, engineers, and external suppliers, with security clearance eligibility and PM certification preferred. Based in Tromsø, Trondheim, or Oslo.

The opportunity

KSATlite is scaling fast. Over the next five years, we will deploy more than 100 new antennas across our global ground network, while running the tech refresh and maintenance of a fleet of 150+ systems already
in operation. Behind this growth sits an investment portfolio of more than 1,000 MNOK, and we want someone who can own it end to end.

For KSATlite, having the network growth management close to the business it serves is critical and we need a Senior Project Manager who plans, executes, and controls the KSATlite investment portfolio
directly, working together with KSATlite management, engineers, and suppliers to get antennas in the ground and systems running, on time and on budget.

This is a role with real scope: complex, multi-site, multi-year delivery, real budget accountability, and a direct line of sight from the plan you make to the network that goes live.

The position can be based in Tromsø, Trondheim, or Oslo.

What you will do

Own planning and execution of the KSATlite investment portfolio

Lead the rollout of 100+ new antennas across our global ground network over the next five years

Drive the tech refresh and maintenance program across 150+ systems

Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting across concurrent projects

Identify, assess, and mitigate risk across a complex, multi-site portfolio

Select and run the tooling that keeps planning, budget, and reporting under control

Coordinate suppliers and contractors on delivery, contracts, and schedules

Be the connecting point between management, engineers, and technicians

What you bring

Strong budget management skills, planning, tracking, and controlling

Experience with project management and reporting tooling

A structured approach to risk management in demanding technical environments

The range to talk numbers and priorities with management, and detail with technicians

Experience working directly with external suppliers and contractors

Good written and spoken English & Norwegian

Comfortable owning a complex, high-value portfolio and making calls under uncertainty

Nice to have

Formal project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar)

Experience with capital-intensive infrastructure, telecom, or network rollout programs

Background in the space, satellite, or defense indust
