Job summary

KSATlite is seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers, manage the full customer journey, and own renewals across an international portfolio. You will monitor performance, maintain records, and advocate for customers to product and engineering teams.

You will collaborate across time zones from Tromsø, Trondheim, or Oslo, bringing an engineering/tech mindset and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• A degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Eligible to obtain Norwegian security clearance.
• Comfort working across time zones and with an international customer base.
