Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of technical presales, software solutions, enterprise architecture, integrations, security and cloud technologies.
• Excellent customer communication and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• Fluent Norwegian and English (written and spoken) and residency/work authorization in Norway.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to provide solution consulting and technical expertise during the sales process.
• Qualify opportunities and manage proof-of-concept (POC) processes.
• Script, configure, and deliver value-driven product demonstrations to prospects.
• Explain M-Files value, benefits, features, and technical details to potential clients.
• Address technical objections and questions from prospects.
• Document technical requirements, integrations, and solutions with implementation teams.
• Build customer relationships by understanding needs and tailoring technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Services, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with sales to advance leads, convert customers, and upsell existing clients.
• Provide technical thought leadership to maximize customer business value.
