Job summary

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking a Solutions Consultant fluent in Norwegian and English to deliver standout customer service for our international client base. You will use CRM and ticketing tools across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve issues within SLAs and contribute to a growing knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support for our products and services, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Master and utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools to meet customer needs.
• Engage customers through phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs using knowledge base and protocols.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling time, first-call resolution, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with team to share best practices and contribute to knowledge base.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
