CB Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking customer consultant to join our tech support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role involves assisting users across digital stores, media services, and mobile payments, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and shift 10:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care via Phone, Chat, and Email.
• Assist Norwegian customers with app purchases, digital media, and gPay inquiries.
