Responsibilities

• Help users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non‑technical troubleshooting (e.g., unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, sorting out digital wallets).
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and solution‑oriented tone.
• Work rotational shifts from 10:00 to 18:00.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality who enjoys talking to people and solving quick puzzles.
• Good computer skills for managing live chat, email, and phone tools.
• Readiness to relocate abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least one year.
