CB Talents SP is seeking Norwegian-speaking professionals to join our tech support team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role focuses on customer care across digital stores, media services, and mobile payments. Work Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 with a competitive gross salary of €1,945 per month and a complete relocation package.

Onboarding includes 3 weeks of paid hands-on training. Relocation is fully covered and training ensures you start confidently.

Qualifications

• Advanced fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and positive communication style.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care via Phone, Chat, and Email.
• Assist Norwegian customers with app purchases, digital media, and gPay inquiries.
