Job description

We are hiring Customer Support Consultants to assist users with daily support for digital apps, mobile wallets, and streaming services. No technical coding or engineering degree required.

Your Day-to-Day

• Helping users via chat, email, and phone with everyday, non‑technical troubleshooting (e.g., unblocking accounts, fixing subscription issues, resolving digital wallet problems).
• Maintaining a friendly, helpful, and solution‑oriented tone.
• Working shifts from 10:00 to 18:00 on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and solid professional English skills.
• A naturally helpful personality with strong communication skills.
• Good computer literacy for managing live chats, emails, and phone tools.
• Willingness to relocate abroad, experience a new culture, and commit for at least one year.
• Valid EU work rights (EU passport).
