Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities for large-scale projects. You will report to the Project Director and coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence from site start to handover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 5+ years in construction management including site leadership, and proficiency with BIM/CAD and project software.

• Experience on large-scale industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects is advantageous.

Lead the Delivery of Major Construction Projects

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join our growing team in Norway. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

What We're Looking For
