Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a hands-on CSA Supervisor to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works on major data centre construction projects in Norway. Based in Oslo, you will coordinate subcontractors, monitor site activities and ensure works meet the required safety, quality and schedule standards.

You will lead on-site teams, review drawings, interpret specifications, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with MEP, logistics, commissioning and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' CSA supervision on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors on data centre or mission-critical sites.
• Degree, diploma, or trade qualification in construction or civil engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day CSA construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered in accordance with project schedules.
• Monitor productivity, workforce levels, and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.

• Support project planning and short-term programme delivery.

We are looking for a hands‑on and driven CSA Supervisor to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural works on major data centre construction projects in Norway.

As a CSA Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, monitoring site activities, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role is ideal for a construction professional with strong site supervision experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and delivering complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or trade qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related field.


• Relevant site supervision certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience supervising CSA works on construction projects.


• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.


• Previous experience on data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission‑critical projects is highly desirable.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction methods.


• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules.


• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality requirements on construction sites.


• Strong organisational and communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site reporting tools.


• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
