Job summary

CTS Group in Fyresdal, Norway seeks an experienced CSA Lead / Package Manager to drive Civil, Structural and Architectural packages on large data centre and industrial projects.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will own planning, progress control, subcontractor coordination, quality and compliance, and handover, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with MEP, commissioning and logistics to ensure safety, cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in construction project delivery.
• 3+ years in package management, discipline lead, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing underground services and/or fit-out packages on major projects.
• Data centre, mission-critical, or industrial project experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills.

CSA Lead / Package Manager

Join Our Team

We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead / Package Manager to join our project delivery team in Oslo. Reporting to the Project Director, you will take ownership of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) project packages, ensuring successful delivery across safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-specification construction and data centre projects, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing critical project interfaces from planning through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing

Package Management

• Take full ownership of CSA packages, including underground services (UGS) and architectural fit-out works, from planning through completion.
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme requirements, budget expectations, and quality standards.

Planning & Progress Control

• Develop and manage short and medium-term lookahead plans.
• Drive project progress, remove obstacles, and ensure milestones and room readiness targets are achieved.

Subcontractor Management

• Lead coordination of subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor productivity, manpower levels, deliveries, and sequencing of works. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and quality expectations.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Lead inspections, punch list closeout activities, and handover processes.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with MEP, commissioning, logistics, and quality teams to manage interfaces effectively.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, construction challenges, and scope changes.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years' experience in construction project delivery.
• At least 3 years in a package management, discipline lead, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing underground services and/or fit-out packages on major construction projects.
• Data centre, mission-critical, or industrial project experience is highly desirable.

Skills

• Strong understanding of CSA works, underground services, and architectural fit-outs.
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP interfaces within complex construction environments.
• Familiarity with Norwegian construction standards and permitting processes.
• Experience using project planning, BIM, and document management platforms.
• Fluent English communication skills.
