Job summary

Claxton Stavanger seeks a Site Manager to lead operations at the Stavanger facility, ensuring safe, profitable, and sustainable performance. You will manage the annual plan, risks, staffing, and stakeholder engagement in line with QHSE standards.

You will drive commercial and operational excellence, maintain strong client and employee relations, and promote continuous improvement across the site in a fast-paced, unionised environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent experience.
• IOH Managing Safely Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience participating in workforce consultations and collective bargaining processes.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian employment law and industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop the annual site budget plan aligned to regional strategy.
• Oversee staffing decisions and organizational structure.
• Manage P&L performance with Finance Manager and drive profitability.
