Job summary

Flynn is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on large-scale projects in the Nordics, based in Norway. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery against budget and contract requirements.

You will manage site teams, liaise with design teams and client representatives, and report progress to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager. The role requires a proactive leader with strong commercial awareness and experience on complex schemes.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and site management on large projects.
• Ability to deliver safety, quality and programme targets on complex schemes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with client and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and client service on site.
• Report progress, risks and issues to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to meet contractual requirements and programme.
