Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Enabling Works to support the delivery of a major data centre development in Stavanger, Norway. Qualifikationen

• Previous site supervision or inspection experience within major construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience of enabling works, earthworks, groundworks, blasting or heavy civil construction.
• A strong understanding of site safety, permit compliance and construction quality requirements.
• Experience carrying out site inspections and maintaining detailed progress and compliance records.
• Confidence identifying and escalating non-conformances or unsafe working practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time on site in Stavanger.
• Experience on data centres, mission-critical developments or other large-scale capital projects would be advantageous.

• Identify, document and follow up on non-conformances with the relevant delivery contractor.
• Escalate safety, quality, compliance or delivery concerns to the Enabling Works and Blasting Manager.
• Maintain clear and accurate site records to provide visibility of work completed and current site conditions.
• Exercise stop-work authority where required due to safety, compliance or significant project concerns.
• Work closely with the Enabling Works and Blasting Manager and wider project team to maintain effective oversight of activities on site.

Accenture Construct is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor – Enabling Works to support the delivery of a major data centre development in Stavanger, Norway.

This is a fully site-based position providing a consistent daily presence throughout the enabling works and blasting phase of the project. The Site Supervisor will act as the eyes and ears on site, ensuring works are being delivered safely, compliantly and in accordance with the agreed requirements.

Reporting to the Enabling Works and Blasting Manager, you will be responsible for site inspections, progress monitoring, compliance checks and maintaining accurate records throughout this critical early phase of construction.
