Job summary

Fortica is seeking a Site Manager for data center fit-out projects in Norway. You will lead daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and our teams, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard, reporting to the Project Manager.

The role requires 3+ years of site management experience on data center or high-tech projects, a bachelor’s degree, knowledge of site systems and safety, excellent English, a valid B-class driving licence, and willingness to

Three locations: Narvik, Kristiansand, Fyresdal - Norway

About the role

Data centers are the backbone of the digital world, and you’ll help build them. As Site Manager, you run the site on our data center fit-out projects. You make sure the work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You report to the Project Manager.
