Job summary

Sherwin Williams Norway AS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for the operational performance of our facility. This senior role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, safety, quality and customer service while driving continuous improvement.

Strong collaboration with regional teams and cross-functional leadership are essential for success. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 3–5 years in logistics and operations management, with a solid grasp

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer relations, logistics and operational team management.
• Experience with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and management.
• Knowledge of facility installations and relevant regulations.
• Experience working with internal management systems and operational processes.
• Strong understanding of business performance, costs and key operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the facility and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take overall responsibility for site performance including volume, quality, cost, service and efficiency.
• Lead and engage employees with clear direction, coaching and support for performance development.
• Champion customer satisfaction and ensure the facility delivers agreed service expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with policies, regulatory, EHS, safety, security and hazardous materials handling standards.
