Nexans is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of bids for large EPCI projects. The role is based in Oslo and involves coordinating Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance teams to deliver competitive tenders.

You will drive tender strategies, manage cross-functional experts, and ensure alignment with Nexans’ standards while supporting negotiations with clients and a seamless transition to project execution.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of tendering, sales or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; technical background preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop tender strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and core team.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 15–20 experts.
• Define and implement robust project execution plans.
• Lead internal review processes and ensure Nexans’ standards.
• Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients.
• Ensure a smooth transition from tender to project execution.
