Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway invites an experienced Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large EPCI projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure tender strategies align with commercial and contractual goals.

Based in our Oslo office, you will guide internal reviews, support negotiations, and oversee the smooth transition from tender to project execution while championing Quality and HSE and fostering collaboration across Legal,

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management.
Bachelor of Science degree (technical background preferred).
Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
Experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large, complex EPCI projects.
Develop tender strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and core team.
Coordinate cross-functional teams of 15-20 experts.
Define and implement robust project execution plans.
Lead internal review processes and ensure alignment with Nexans' standards.
Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients.
Ensure a smooth transition from tender to project execution.
Promote Quality and HSE.
