Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large, complex EPCI projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of 15–20 experts and report to the Head of Tendering.

This role is based in our Oslo office with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across our global organization. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in tendering, sales, or project management, a technical B.S.

• B.S. degree, preferably with a technical background.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• International mobility.

You will join the PWRT Sales & Tender team based in Oslo, Norway. This dynamic and collaborative team includes experts from various disciplines who work together to deliver high-impact tender projects. As Senior Tender Manager, you will report to Head of Tendering and lead multifunctional teams across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance. The role is based in our Oslo office, with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across our global organization.

As Senior Tender Manager, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large and complex EPCI projects. Your role will include:

• - Developing tender strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and core team
• - Coordinating cross-functional teams of 15-20 experts
• - Defining and implementing robust project execution plans
• - Leading internal review processes and ensuring alignment with Nexans' standards
• - Supporting commercial and contractual negotiations with clients
• - Ensuring a smooth transition from tender to project execution
