Nexans is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of bids for large EPCI projects. The role is based in Oslo and involves coordinating Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance teams to deliver competitive tenders.

You will drive tender strategies, manage cross-functional experts, and ensure alignment with Nexans’ standards while supporting negotiations with clients and a seamless transition to project execution.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of tendering, sales or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; technical background preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.

• Define and implement robust project execution plans.

You will join the PWRT Sales & Tender team based in Oslo, Norway. This dynamic and collaborative team includes experts from various disciplines who work together to deliver high‑impact tender projects. As Senior Tender Manager, you will report to Head of Tendering and lead multifunctional teams across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance. The role is based in our Oslo office, with opportunities for cross‑functional collaboration across our global organization.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As Senior Tender Manager, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large and complex EPCI projects. Your role will include:

• Developing tender strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager and core team
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams of 15–20 experts

YOUR STARTING POINT

• A Bachelor Science degree (technical background preferred)
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross‑functional teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset
