Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large, complex EPCI projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of 15–20 experts and report to the Head of Tendering.

This role is based in our Oslo office with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration across our global organization. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in tendering, sales, or project management, a technical B.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering, sales, or project management.
• B.S. degree, preferably with a technical background.
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• International mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of competitive bids for large and complex EPCI projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of 15-20 experts.
• Define and implement robust project execution plans.
• Lead internal review processes and ensure alignment with Nexans' standards.
• Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients.
• Ensure a smooth transition from tender to project execution.
