Job summary

Nexans in Oslo, Norway, is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead the preparation and submission of competitive bids for large EPCI projects. The role sits in the PWRT Sales & Tender team and requires coordinating experts across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Installation, and Finance.

Based in our Oslo office, you will drive tender strategies, oversee internal reviews, and support negotiations with clients while promoting Quality and HSE.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of tendering, sales, or project management experience.
• B.S. degree (technical background preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of bids for large EPCI projects.
• Develop tender strategies with the Sales Manager and core team.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of up to 10 experts.
• Define and implement robust project execution plans.
• Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients.
• Ensure smooth transition from tender to project execution.
• Promote Quality and HSE in tender processes.
