Job summary

Workday seeks a Global Sustainability Design Lead to drive the design and sustainability agenda across our global real estate and workplaces. This full-time role is based in Pleasanton, USA, reporting to the Global Director of Design and Sustainability and collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent, environmentally responsible office environments.

You will lead a cross-functional team, implement Workday's global design guidelines, pursue certifications, and align facilities

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in architecture, interior design or project management.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design.
Current credential in USGBC LEED WELL Building Standard or BREEAM.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Workday Global Director of Design and Sustainability project managers and stakeholders.
Support a cohesive global sustainable vision for the Workday facilities and working environments.
Implement the Workday Global Design Guidelines in future locations and refine existing facilities.
Oversee sustainability certifications and implementation aligned with company goals.
