Job summary

Zip is seeking a Senior Solutions Services Consultant to bridge sales and delivery, shaping successful customer outcomes. You will scope implementations, validate feasibility, and draft Statements of Work to align expectations with customers.

In this pre-sales and contracting-focused role, you’ll protect delivery scope, present solutions, and contribute to building repeatable assets and playbooks for the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in professional services or SaaS implementations.
• Experience scoping complex software deployments and drafting SOWs.
• Translate business needs into actionable implementation plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with sales, deal desk, and customers.
• Experience in legal-tech or procurement space is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Zip implementation delivery (in-house and partner-led) during the sales process.
• Run technical validations and detailed implementation scoping.
• Negotiate and write Statements of Work with Deal Desk and customers.
• Drive confidence in Zip’s functionality to meet business needs.
• Limit commitments outside Zip’s delivery scope to protect delivery integrity.
• Collaborate to build assets, talk tracks, systems and processes.
