Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking a Contract Lead to oversee client activities, establish and manage supplier agreements, and drive compliance across procurement processes. The role requires leading negotiations, evaluating bids, and ensuring proper hand-over to management with a focus on safety and sustainability.

You will contribute to contract start-up activities, implement agreements in systems, and maintain strong supplier relations while upholding SOX controls and risk-based follow-up

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contracting experience.
• Strong written and oral communication in English and/or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes and ensure compliance.
• Manage contract start-up and hand-over to management phase.
• Oversee negotiations, evaluation, and award of contracts.
• Ensure SOX-control and risk-based follow-up.
• Coordinate contract amendments, variations, and terminations.
• Foster collaboration with suppliers to improve performance and safety.
