Job summary

Flynn is seeking a Senior Site Manager for our Nordics projects. You will lead site operations, uphold safety standards and drive delivery to time, budget and quality targets. This role requires extensive construction site experience across large, complex programs in challenging environments.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors and interfaces with design teams and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex construction programs.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain relationships with design teams, client representatives and supply chain.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule works in line with the project programme.
• Monitor progress, risks and issues and report to management.
