Job summary

Flynn seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Nordics project team. You will bid, manage and deliver multiple projects safely, profitably, and with strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and business development across complex environments. Qualifications

• Ten years or more in construction, with at least five years as a Project Manager.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office, BIM and planning tools.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing or new clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement a Health & Safety culture on all projects.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and convert to viable projects.
• Manage the bid process from lead to site commencement with Commercial Manager support.
• Lead project teams to meet milestones while preserving profit margins.
• Oversee commercial performance to ensure margin objectives are met.
• Manage client expectations and relationships with design teams and stakeholders.
• Lead in building and maintaining strong client relationships across levels.
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks with the team.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to drive innovation and improvements.
• Foster a positive team ethic and inclusive culture among staff.
