Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Certification such as PMP or PSP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to align with objectives.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and CPM analysis.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, resource levelling, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with teams, identify interdependencies, and resolve conflicts.
  • Track progress against baselines and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.

Job description

Type: Permanent (3/1 rotation - 3 weeks working on site - 1 week off back home)

Key Requirement: Candidates must hold valid EU passport & Experience with Data Centre/Construction, Primavera P6

The Senior Planner will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the planning and

scheduling functions for large-scale construction projects. This role ensures that

project timelines are realistic, adhered to, and align with budgetary and resource

constraints. The Senior Planner will collaborate with project teams, contractors, and

stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure alignment with
  • project objectives.
  • Utilize industry-standard scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
  • Conduct critical path analysis (CPM), resource levelling, and risk assessments to
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate schedules, identify
  • interdependencies, and resolve conflicts.
  • Track project progress against baseline schedules, identify deviations, and
  • recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports to management
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cohesive
  • Provide expertise in schedule impacts due to changes in scope, resources, or
  • unforeseen circumstances.
  • Identify opportunities for improving planning and scheduling processes and
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and construction
  • industry guidelines.
  • Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities relevant to the role as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Project
  • Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
  • Proven track record of working on complex, large-scale construction projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) is preferred.
