Job summary

Vallum Associates seeks a Senior Planner to lead planning and scheduling for large-scale construction projects. The role requires ensuring realistic timelines, budgeting alignment, and strong collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold an EU passport and have 5–7 years of construction planning experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. The position is permanent with a 3/1 rotation: 3 weeks on site, 1 week off, located in Norway, Oslo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Certification such as PMP or PSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to align with objectives.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and CPM analysis.
• Conduct critical path analysis, resource levelling, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with teams, identify interdependencies, and resolve conflicts.
• Track progress against baselines and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders.
