Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a green hydrogen facility project in Norway. You will be embedded in the owner's team, reporting to the Chief Project Officer, with execution ownership across dual packages and a critical EPC/EPCM interface.

The role focuses on schedule, quality, and cost, with immediate priorities to close RFQs for electrolyser and liquefier packages, run parallel contract structuring and supplier negotiations, and define interface ownership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project delivery on capital projects (€50M+)
• Owner-side or client-representative experience on EPC/EPCM projects
• Background in process, chemical, petrochemical, refinery or industrial gas
• Experience managing parallel RFQ/negotiation workstreams under time pressure
• Experience assigning interface responsibility across split-package scopes
• Able to challenge contractors and protect capex
• Willing to be onsite in Norway; not remote

Responsibilities

• Own execution — schedule, quality and cost across dual-package interface
• Drive RFQ evaluation to close on both packages without schedule slippage
• Lead contract structuring and supplier negotiations in parallel with RFQ
• Document interface ownership across EPC/EPCM boundary
• Build owner\'s engineer and site manager resource plan for Q4 mobilisation
• Note: procurement and contracts administration is handled separately; focus on delivery
