Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Construction HSE Manager to join our project services team on a long-term contract in Norway. You will embed with the owner's on-site team, taking direct responsibility for HSE performance across multiple contractor packages during construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Proven construction HSE experience on onshore process plant projects including hydrogen, ammonia or similar.
• Experience working in multi-contractor EPCM or EPC environments at site level.
• Hands-on, visible and practical HSE leadership on owner/client side is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain HSE standards across construction activities and contractor interfaces.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and intervene early when needed.
• Coordinate safety across multiple work packages running in parallel.
• Support the transition from construction into pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Contribute to the owner's HSE decision-making as part of the project team.
