Job summary

Riverty Group Norway AS in Oslo is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Consumer Touchpoints to shape how customers interact with our Invoicing as a Service platform. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for your domains, balancing consumer needs with business impact and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Several years of product management experience in cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to define strategy and roadmaps for digital products.
Experience with payments, dunning or customer self-service is a plus.
Strong data-driven mindset and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and priorities for consumer touchpoints.
Own and continuously improve the user experience across consumer-facing touchpoints.
Identify customer needs and opportunities through user research, feedback, market insights and data.
Develop scalable and reusable product capabilities across domains.
Define and track product KPIs, including conversion and customer satisfaction.
