• Solid experience as a Product Owner, ideally from a larger organization with complex dependencies.
• Able to balance customer needs, business goals, technology, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of one agile squad as a digital Senior Product Owner.
• Set priorities, align stakeholders, and help turn ideas into valuable solutions.
• Coach less-experienced Product Owners and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
• Share experiences and help evolve product management practices across teams.
