Job summary

Versa is seeking an enthusiastic Operations teammate to join the Operations Team. You will drive efficiency, scalability, and smooth execution of the Versa App through hands-on operations support and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment. Bachelor's degree required and at least 1 year of product experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of product experience in a startup or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1st-level operational cases with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Identify root causes of system issues identified by customers and internal stakeholders.
• Perform checks on transactions, app pushes, and other key operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Configure selected app features, handle manual adjustments, and ensure operational continuity.
• Support feature rollouts, app updates, and product testing with cross-functional teams.
• Input key data and ensure data accuracy across reporting tools and dashboards.
• Manage relationships and communication with our Partners Ops Team.
• Document key workflow processes and identify solutions to improve efficiency.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments.
