Job summary

Versa is seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Product Manager to drive the full product development cycle for mobile app features, from customer research to UX discovery, sprint planning and product marketing.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define features with specs and wireframes, and mentor the product group while translating data and market insights into actionable plans for stakeholders in a dynamic, customer-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing, growing and launching mobile app products & features.
• Minimum 3 years (Manager) or 5 years (Senior Product Manager) of leadership experience in the financial service sector.
• Experience in developing and growing mobile app products.
• Proficiency with Jira in an AGILE environment; MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive execution of roadmap for new features/products while managing team budget.
• Work closely with Marketing to hit customer acquisition goals and targets; engineers, designers, and testers to define features, write specs, user stories, create wireframes and prototypes; customer-facing team to handle product queries and feedback.
• Lead, train and mentor the Product team towards a customer-driven product culture.
• Analyse and use data, research & market analysis to communicate product strategies to stakeholders.
• Identify gaps & opportunities to improve products, features & offerings.
