Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking an Operations Manager for Norway and Denmark to lead strategy, execution and continuous improvement across in-field and warehouse operations. You will work with the local fleet team, 3PLs and central stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and achieve KPIs such as backlog, repair costs, uptime and revenue growth.

You will shape dashboards, drive data-driven decisions and act as the bridge between central and local teams to ensure compliance and implement

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish is a MUST.
• Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment.
• Strong analytical capability and proficiency in conducting analysis, identifying drivers and delivering insights.
• Experience leading projects and driving improvements with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define & shape strategy, performance metrics and dashboards for in-field operations in Norway and Denmark.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve KPIs such as backlog, cost per repair, repair efficiency and uptime.
• Be the POC for 3PLs, manage sourcing to contract negotiations and collaborate with Fleet Managers.
• Support Fleet & Site Managers on execution and bridge central and local teams to drive compliance and improvements.
• Collaborate with the Operations team in Norway and Denmark to spot improvement opportunities and maximize efficiency and revenue.
