Job summary

Versa is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for multiple Versa products, from research through wireframes and prototypes, shaping intuitive experiences that elevate user engagement. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate insights into polished interfaces.

Qualifications

• Completed tertiary education in related program/studies with minimum 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer
• Demonstrated portfolio in UX/UI design for mobile apps
• Ability to use qualitative & quantitative data to back design decisions

Responsibilities

• Define & manage end-to-end UI/UX on Versa products across multiple projects
• Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights from data and qualitative feedback
• Conduct usability testing to guide the design process
• Create and translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for intuitive UX
• Collaborate and articulate design decisions to Product, Engineering, and Management for review
• Guide and develop junior UI/UX designers and improve UI/UX team workflows

Responsibilities

• Define & manage end-to-end UI/UX on various Versa products & across multiple projects
• Plan, conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights through data analysis and qualitative feedback
• Conduct usability testing to guide the design process
• Create & translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups & prototypes towards an intuitive user experience
• Collaborate & articulate design decisions to Product, Engineering teams and Management/stakeholders for review and feedback
• Guide & develop careers of junior UI/UX designer and develop workflow improvements to improve efficiency of the UI/UX team

Job Requirements

• Designers with a proven track record in UX/UI design:
  1. Completed tertiary education in related program/studies with minimum 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer:
  2. Has good portfolio(s) demonstrating skills in UX/UI design for mobile app(s)
• Creative professionals:
  1. Who use qualitative & quantitative data to back up design decisions of choice
  2. With excellent ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups & prototypes of solutions by using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Balsamiq
