Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking a Senior M&M Project Manager to lead maintenance and modification projects on an offshore facility based in Stavanger. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery from initiation through commissioning, ensuring safety and efficiency in line with company requirements.

The role requires strong technical, commercial and EPCIC execution experience, with the ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and interfaces across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Experience managing offshore oil and gas projects, preferably maintenance and modification activities.
• Experience with EPCIC execution (engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning).
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to challenge contractor performance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and interfaces simultaneously.
• Structured, proactive approach with strong follow-up and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal English; Norwegian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and modification activities from initiation through completion and handover.
• Plan, coordinate and follow up engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation and commissioning activities.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, risks and interfaces.
• Follow up contractors to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, commercial and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, operations, SCM, construction and other stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables align with approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Manage contractual issues, variations and change proposals.
• Provide regular reporting on status, cost, schedule, risks and decisions.
