Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a M&M Project Manager to oversee maintenance and modification projects from initiation through offshore installation and commissioning in Stavanger, Norway. The role emphasizes coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, while ensuring safety and compliance with project requirements.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background with offshore project experience, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to challenge progress

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.
• Experience managing offshore oil and gas projects, preferably maintenance/modification.
• Strong understanding of EPCIC execution and related commercial/contractual requirements.
• Ability to challenge contractor performance and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver maintenance and modification projects from initiation through offshore installation and commissioning.
• Maintain responsibility for contractual, commercial, technical, schedule and operational aspects of projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and interfaces between engineering, operations, SCM, construction and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, cost, schedule, risks and decisions.
