Job summary

IKM in Stavanger, Norway, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-discipline projects within frame agreements, focusing on cost control, HSE, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in oil and gas.
• Proactive mindset with focus on cost-optimal solutions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with a close-to-customer approach.
• Highly structured, organized, and strong management practices.
• Offshore certificate (including HUET) and a valid medical certificate.
• English and Norwegian language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administer projects within frame agreements, including M&M contracts and other modification projects.
• Ensure and achieve the budget and financial results for assigned projects.
• Fulfill all contractual obligations, including HSE, quality, financial, and schedule targets.
• Manage external interfaces with other contractors.
• Ensure methods and systems are utilized in accordance with established work processes.
• Ensure the project team has the necessary knowledge of regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Perform active project management, including risk and change management.
