ORLEN Upstream Norway AS (OUN) is seeking a Senior Facility & Project Engineer with a strong cross-discipline background to join our team and contribute to our production portfolio. You will deliver technical input to cross-unit projects, monitor production performance, and drive value improvements across our assets while collaborating with operators and license partners.

This role emphasizes applying digital tools, notably Power BI dashboards, and requires offshore experience and a solid

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience from offshore projects and operations.
• Solid experience in Facility, Project, and Operations disciplines.
• Expert knowledge within Process Safety, Flow Assurance, Facilities, or Automation.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable to change and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Recommend technology and field development concepts to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective production and operation performance and to maximise value of the assets.
• Deliver technical input to cross-unit projects independently.
• Project responsible cross-unit and coordinate with other OUN departments.
• Monitor field/well production and evaluate production performance.
• Generate and issue routine production reports.
• Further develop the production report system and Power BI dashboards.
• Manage the database of production and well parameters data.
• Represent the company in license committees, industry fora, and research programs.
• Provide technical support for non-operated assets/exploration assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
